About LPOA
The Lakeside Property Owners Association (LPOA) serves the property owners of Lakeside Subdivision in Louisa, Virginia. The Association works to support the community by helping coordinate the maintenance and improvement of shared subdivision needs, including the private road system and Association-owned property.
Volunteer Board of Directors
LPOA is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors that works on behalf of property owners to organize meetings, maintain Association records, communicate important updates, manage annual and special assessments, coordinate road maintenance projects, and help plan for future community needs.
Our Goals
Our goal is to promote clear communication, responsible financial planning, transparency, and cooperation among property owners. By working together, LPOA can help preserve and improve the shared infrastructure and common interests of the Lakeside community.
